Registration & Collection
- Select preferred VIRTUAL ADDRESS and review price-plans at Price & Locations.
- Click ‘sign-up’. Select preferred account-type, term, etc.
- Choose ‘front-letter/parcel’ or ‘open-mail’ scan. Select optional ‘add-on’ services.
- Indicate frequency of self-collection or re-forward.
- Various online payment methods are available (ie: credit/debit cards, paypal, bank transfer, etc.)
- Mail Operator will review your registration after payment is received.
- Login details to your Vmailbox will be sent via email after approval (please check Spam/Junk inbox).
- Use ‘mailing address’ for bank statements, bills, online orders or business registration where applicable.
- Mail Operator can now receive all your mail & parcels from both local & overseas post or couriers.
- Mail Operator provides ‘photo-image’ of all incoming mail items to your Vmailbox.
- User will receive mail-alert with collection detail, if any.
- If required, user can reply Mail Operator with specific instruction from user dashboard.
- For ‘self-collect’, please observe Mail Operator operating hours to avoid any inconvenience.
- ‘Self-renewal’ automated email notice will be sent to user 30 days before account expiry date.
